The O’Dell Community Room is a place of gathering in our community. To request this space for a meeting, please fill out the information below. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT CONFIRM YOUR STAY! We will follow up after receiving your request to use the Community Room.

Questions: Who can request to use the meeting room? Is there a cost?
Answer: The room is intended for organizations that are based in the Liberty Hospital community. Examples of groups utilizing this room include the Liberty Chamber of Commerce, the Liberty Economic Development Corporate, Liberty Public Schools, and the Liberty Rotary Club. There is no charge for the room, however we may require a security deposit at our discretion.
Question: How many people fit in the room? What configurations do the chairs and tables come in?
Answer: The space comes with tables and chairs on rollers and can be configured into whatever shape is needed. The room can fit up to 75 people classroom style and between 22 to 33 people in a U-Shape layout.
Question: What are the hours of operation for the room?
Answer: The meeting room is in the lower level of our hospitality house, which we affectionately call the TreeHouse. Since we have guests staying at the TreeHouse, we try to limit the meetings between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Special exemptions may be made for meetings outside of these hours on a case by case basis.
Question: What technology or other amenities come with the room?
Answer: Wi-Fi is provided in the room. There are four large TVs on the walls of the room that can be used for presentations that connect via a single HDMI cord. You must bring your own laptop or HDMI compatible device to connect. There are two private bathrooms located in the meeting space.
