The Board of Trustees approved a new mission statement to kick off the new year with a renewed focus that better supports our current programs and allows for growth of future programs. The goal through the Trustee’s strategic planning is to ensure that the Foundation has programs driven by our four pillars: health, education, wellness, and care. Additionally, the Foundation’s focus remains serving patients, individuals, families and employees in the Liberty Hospital community. “This updated mission statement further clarifies the direction that our Board and professional staff will take as we prepare our strategic direction for the next many years,” said Executive Director, Michael C. Russell, CAE; “being able to secure our four pillars of programmatic responsibility allows us to swiftly make key directional decisions as an organization. This new energy also gives us a framework for growing our impact, increasing community support, amplifying our brand, and improving the donor experience!”
