Physician Giving Society
Improving the health of our community
The Physician Giving Society was established to give special recognition to physicians who wish to improve the health, wellness and care of our community through philanthropy by supporting the Liberty Hospital Foundation.
The society of active and retired physicians continues the tradition of healthcare excellence in the Liberty Hospital service area by providing funds for various programs that help under-insured and under-served patients through Patient Assistance, provide a space for respite at our TreeHouse, support new parents and families through Kyleigh’s Gift, and many other resources for our employees and community.
Recognition & Appreciation
Your contributions through the Society will be greatly appreciated, and recognized in the following ways:
- Society member’s names will be displayed on the Physicians’ Wall of Honor located in the Hospital’s front entrance
- Members will receive a unique Physician Giving Society lapel pin
- Framed recognition of your membership for your office or waiting area
- Recognition in the Foundation Annual List of Donors, and all printed event publications
- Exclusive invitations to Society member events
Membership Qualifications
- Membership in the Physician Giving Society is limited to physicians.
- Membership requires a minimum commitment of $750 per year. Payments can be made in whole, by monthly or quarterly installments.
