Liberty Hospital, the Liberty Hospital Foundation, and C&C Produce have partnered together to together to offer Liberty Hospital Employee fresh fruits and vegetables. Simply complete the form.
Each box is $15 and will have 8 to 12 items or produce. Some items will be staples such as potatoes and onions, and other items will be a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Each month the boxes will vary in items.
To help remind when when pick-up is available, if you order a produce box you will receive a reminder email the week orders are sent and also a text message reminder the day of pickup.
Current Schedule:
Delivery of produce boxes will occur on the second Wednesday of every month.
Orders placed after the first Friday of each month will be delivered with the following month’s produce boxes.
