Under the leadership of Kari Jo Thomann Bear and Karen Mathes, both Past Presidents and Co-Chairs of the Committee on Trustees, the Liberty Hospital Foundation is assembling a diverse and dynamic team to guide the next chapter of our journey. The Committee reviews every applicant and helps Executive Director Michael C. Russell, CAE meet with all individually before their nomination goes to the full Board of Directors.

We’re looking for:

  • Fresh thinkers ready to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Skilled professionals in areas such as fundraising, marketing, sales, or even just folks who want to make a difference.
  • Committed leaders who share our passion for advancing health, education, wellness, & care.

What It Means to Serve on the Regional Advisory Council

As a member of the RAC, you’ll serve a two-year term working alongside influential community members to drive the Liberty Hospital Foundation’s mission forward. You’ll attend regular meetings, join committees, and explore bold ideas to improve the lives of those we serve.
