How does this affect our 501(c)(3) status and the tax deductibility of gifts?

The Foundation will continue to operate as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization exactly as we have for the last forty years. Our EIN will remain the same: 43-1356176. Donations made in 2025 and beyond will remain tax deductible. The name change does not affect that process.
