LIBERTY, Mo. – Imagine winning a brand-new car and additional prizes while helping patients access critical healthcare services in your community. The Liberty Hospital Foundation is making this dream a reality with the Health on Wheels Car Raffle, an exciting initiative that merges the thrill of winning with the impact of giving back.

Proceeds from the raffle will directly support the Foundation’s Health on Wheels program, a critical lifeline that provides free transportation to medical appointments for patients and families who would otherwise struggle to access care. In 2024 alone, the program provided 988 rides, helping ensure that no patient misses out on essential treatments or check-ups. This year, the Foundation hopes to break that record and surpass 1,000 rides.

The raffle will conclude on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, when ten finalists will be contacted. The excitement builds to the Key Drawing & Official Giveaway Event on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, where the finalists will participate in a LIVE in-person key drawing to determine the grand prize winner.
