Liberty Hospital Foundation 2023 Philly Awards Winner
The Liberty Hospital Foundation is thrilled to be a recipient of a Philly Award for 2023. Hosted by Nonprofit Connect, the Philly Awards are a way to celebrate Kansas City local nonprofits’ accomplishments throughout the year.
This year will be Nonprofit Connect’s 20th Annual celebration. During the Virtual Awards Presentation on November 8th, Liberty Hospital Foundation will be unveiled as either a Silver or Gold recipient for our Capital Campaign fundraiser. Other categories for nonprofits are: marketing, communications, and fundraising. The in-person reception on November 9th will be a celebration of awards, and an announcement of the Community Champions, Best In-House and Best in Class winners.

Since 2005, the TreeHouse has acted as a “home away from home” and has met the housing needs of patients and their families coming to Liberty Hospital for specialized medical care. To date, the TreeHouse has provided accommodations for over 46,000 guests. The Branching Out Capital Campaign funding helped with vital updates and upgrades to residence rooms, the basement Community Room, Patient Resource Room build, ADA compliance, and more.
