Liberty Hospital, the Liberty Hospital Foundation, and C&C Produce have partnered together to together to offer Liberty Hospital Employee fresh fruits and vegetables. Simply complete the form.
Each box is $15 and will have 8 to 12 items or produce. Some items will be staples such as potatoes and onions, and other items will be a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Each month the boxes will vary in items.
To help remind you when your produce box is available for pick-up, you will receive a reminder email the week orders are arriving you also will receive a text message reminder the day of pickup.
