Celebrating 1,311 Hours During Volunteer Week 2025

LIBERTY, Mo., April 25, 2025- Liberty Hospital Foundation celebrates National Volunteer Week by tabulating its impact report.  In this fiscal year so far, the Foundation has logged over 1,311 hours of volunteer time.  Volunteer impact in Missouri gives an hourly rate of $33.  Our volunteer impact brought in $43,263 in value.

Volunteers who gave their time had added an immense value to the mission of Liberty Hospital Foundation.  Volunteer opportunities spanned from our fundraisers like our 36th Annual Golf Classic, the 11th Annual Kyleigh’s Gift Walk, RUN Liberty, office hours, and additional event committee prep help.

The Foundation would also like to thank the Hospital’s Blue Vest volunteers; these individuals contributed 624 hours a year.  Broken down, this is 12 hours /week at the TreeHouse front desk.  The friendly face they give our families, patients, and community members represents the Foundation every day during the week.

Special mention to the NCAPS (Northland Center for Advanced Professional Studies) students who help the Foundation with event prep, set up, and tear down throughout the year as well.
